The long awaited Mediterranean heat finally arrived today and with it came an awesome day. This morning we caught a bus to nearby Krka National Park, which was even more spectacular than Plitvice Lakes. The real difference was the size of the waterfalls and the different elevations that allowed us to get a number of different views and perspectives. Yesterday's market visit provided a nice picnic lunch, and we spent the afternoon swimming below the falls pictured here. It's hard to believe we saw snow just three days ago!
