Happy New Year! Hope everyone had a great time, and started 2007 as they meant to go on. Haven't come up with any interesting resolutions yet, and as I usually forget them immediately it's prob best not to bother!

Trying to remember what I've done since I last wrote. Well we went to a bar completely made of ice called Minus 5 degrees...it was fun, but cold! Only allowed to stay for half an hr but once cocktail from a glass made of ice was enough for me. We then decided to go on an upside down bungy chair thing called the Sky Screamer..it was so much fun! On new yrs eve we went up the Sky Tower which had great views of Auckland...through the rain! watching people jump off it was fun too.

Had a great night out with the girls on new yrs. Had some wine in the room we affectionately named the hovel (as it was disgusting and about 4 ft square!) seriously with 2 bunk beds there wasn't room to swing a cat. sarah and I have both had dodgy tunmmies, oh the joys of hostels!

Anyway then we went to Globe Bar for a few cheap drinks, and then onto a club we found the other day called Float. It was pretty cool, great music and we had a great night. Just waiting about now to go to the aiport for our flight to Cooks....should be amazing!xxxx
