Miami was my first stop where i spent two nights. I was staying in south beach it was 90 degrees so took a little getting used to! The beaches were bright white coverd in palm trees, so i started my tan there. Saw the marina and took a walk along collins avenue which is lined with expensive and pritine hotels and bars for the rich and famous. I flew to jacksonville and spent 10 days in jacksonville florida staying with friends who i know from home, they are now married and have lived there for 2years. It was great to stay with people who live there as they could show me the sights missing out those that arent worth seeing. So we spent time at the beach and the pool near the house. Had some fun nights out with their friends. At the weekend we went out in a boat along millionaires row with all the big yatches and water skiied. We went on a road trip to a place Ichnetucnee which was a kind of nature reserve in the country we floated along the river in big rubber ings for about 3 hours which took 3 hours and saw lots of wildlife along the way - otters, tortoises and fish was great fun! I had a nice birthday meal before i left with my friends and blew out my 26 candles! I then flew to Boston on my birthday 29th August.
