The story of jane and robin's adventure, search for certain clothing store spotted on civil war tour, as recounted by jane: Wrong turn right, 5 security guards couldn't find bathroom, went behind cathedral went into cafe and used bathroom, flat store, directions from smart phone, turned out to be HUGE circle, used directions, took another big circle, crossed university campus, barely missed store, went to bar, FINALLY found store, didn't buy anything, got gelato...

Dinner was a tapas home run at Tapas 24: Bikini grilled cheese: Iberian ham plus fresh mozarilla plus black truffles Lentils with chorizo Pasta with pancetta Lamb kebabs The best lentils ever consumed by robin ever. Washed downed by cava! On to gelato and nighttime Gaudi tour!

Gaudi house: casa Mila. We went to evening tour of this beautiful building. Kat thought that the interior was even more impressive than exterior. Jane loved house. It was very interesting to hear how Gaudi used suspended weights viewed upside down in mirror to design the proper curve of arches which don't require supporting buttresses. Every detail was beautiful. Pictured behind us are the front doors which resemble the pattern on monarch butterfly.

Jane shops at Zara and finds adorable white dress! Barcelona has good shopping for this very particular 13 year old lady. Girls' review of clothes: Jane: Nice mix of classy and crop tops... Kat: there were unicorn shirts, and they matched my underwear. Robin: Zara is not too fara, didn't have have to drive the cara. I'm getting along speaking French with a Spanish accent. It's awfully confusing to the people I'm talking to.

Kat: gaudi is a genius and I love the building, the stained glass, the bugs on the door, and the out side detail. Julie: it's so rare to see so much happiness expressed it a Catholic Church. I loved the nature imagery. Light on the martyrdom, heavy on the joy. Robin: exterior was very beautiful, but the interior blew me away. It was quite relaxing. Columns were like trees, like...
