Emma By the way... from my travels I suggest you add the following to your kit-list: Baby wipes and hand sanitizer (purell's a good one) for those less than sanitary moments Paracetamol (for hangovers/headaches) +/- Ibuprofen (aching muscles) Immodium (for when the food/water is too adventurous for your stomach) And Buscopan -though not sure if you can get it over the counter (for the accompanying cramps) Rehydration salts (need I say more)? If I think of anything else I'll let you know XXX
