I am home!! After a fairly average flight with BA and landing at a ridiculous hour to be greeted by balloons and a tearful mum... Right I'll have to start saving for the next trip!! :-) xx

Hello! I can't believe I am finally off on my big adventure! After months of planning, saving & stressing I fly out of Heathrow to Bangkok on 29th November. Please keep checking this site for updates and photos and keep in touch via the message board! Take care and enjoy life! Liz xxx

Liz arrrrrrhhhhhh!!! I fly out of here in 12 hours!!! so wierd!! Having a great time in HK, met a couple who are out here teaching English so went out for dinner and drinks with them which was cool! I have contacts in so many countries now and so many places I want to go back to!! See you all soon!! I will email everyone who I've met on my travels once I am back in the UK. Liz Yes Jeff, I will indeed be back in the lovely UK in 6 days!! AND I'M SOOOO EXCITED!!! cant wait to see you (and everyone!) I fly to Hong Kong at some ridiculous hour tomorrow and have 3 days of culture and shopping (well not so much shopping as I have $0). Then back into the UK in the early hours of thursday morning!! Wahoo!!! hope you are ok! cant wait to see you, I met up with Shar in Rotorua and went zorbing...hilarious!! she is back the day after me and we're gonna come see you before xmas! see you all soon!! xxxx

Jeff Liz!!!! 6 days until you're home! Im so excited! Just realised I will have to find another website to check daily now you are coming home! I have really enjoyed reading your journals and seeing the photos! But will enjoy having you back in old blighty more! Hope you are enjoying the final days of travelling! Liz Hi Aunty Sheila!! yeah better late than never! ha ha! I will be hungover but dont you worry i will still be able to talk non stop about everything i have done and seen!! ;-) Currently in a gorgeous little village by Lake Tekapo. The scenery around this area is incredible and we had amazing views of Mount Cook as the weather was so clear. I went for a horse trek around the lake today which was fun (sore bum now!) and provided pituresque scenery. It is however very cold but tomorrow I fly back up to Auckland where the weather should be warmer! Missing you all loads and can't believe its only a week. I also miss Melbourne a lot so hi to everyone from there who is reading this. xxx
