Heeeeellllllllo,

Well last time i left a blog i was getting comfortable at Mitch's house with his lovely mum and dad letting us stay and keeping us clean :) We had planned to leave on saturday, however we decided to stay at theirs for a few more nights till tuesday, his mums cooking was too good to leave :)
We had a cool experience in Sydney, one thing from another, after a crazy day of riding on the back of Harleys, to cwalking of the harbour bridge, touring the Opera house, to Visiting Toranga Zoo. Its been very jam packed and awesome!

I applyed for a new Passport a week ago, so fingers crossed i get a new one in a few weeks, very horrible waiting and hoping i get one :S

Sydney Harbour bridge was amazing and massive, we took a tour up one of the pilons, which was very high and gave amazing views of all the harbour. We walked down to the harbour by Circula quey, very pretty and full of bars and cafes and random people trying to make money ie: playing instriments and busking, magic tricks and playing with fire:) The opera house was also very cool, and saw millions of wedding taking place near by by the botanical gardens.

We had the chance to go to the cinema also near Mitch's house and saw the Michael Jackson "This is it" movie, it was brilliant we both loved it!!!

We went to Toranga Zoo, which we had to catch the ferry over too passing the harbour bridge and opera house on the way, very cool and didnt get sea sick! ha!
The zoo was awesome, we say a grizzley bear and tigers up really close! A Zoo is a Zoo but we loved it :) We also got up close and personal with some Roo's which was awesome. Although we are going to find some wild ones and hop into there pouch for a free ride haha!

After An awesome time in Sydney, we caught our Oz experience bus for the first time to go to a place called Surf camp, It was a long journey, setting of at 6.30am and arriving iat Surf camp 4.30pm that day with a few stops off on the way. We decided to embrase GOON which is just really cheep wine :) that night we all chilled out in our dorm, after making a few friends with some girls off our bus.
The next morning we woke up and got kitted out with wet suits, had a brief lesson about the surf and different types of waves to look out for and then headed straight for the beach while dragging our boards!!!!
I was so excited, we had a little practis in a circle on the beach of how to stand on the board and paddle etc, then we all dived in!!! A gorgeous day, the waves were awesome and i was a natural, actually quite good!! Was so tiring though, took alot of body strength but loved every min, stood a few times and was soooo coool :)

After a wicked morning surfing we all had lunch then headed back on the bus to Byron Bay, where we had heard its a little crazy, with a place called Nimbin near by which is known for potheads and casual smoking the wacky backy! dodgy hey! We arrived at our hostel, which was pretty cool, shared a room with two girls off our buss, Gina and Faye, who are both from Wolverhampton!!! small world.
We went out that night with everyone off the bus to the pub over the road, called Cheeky Monkeys, $5 cheesburger and chips, it was lush!
This night we went a little crazy drinking free beer and dancing on the tables :) everyone did it not just me haha!
We met and couple of lads who play with fire, called poi, we decided to go down the beach and have a lesson :) was brilliant, loved it!!!!
The next day the weather changed and we had thunderstorms! Just not meant to rain in Australia, its not fair!!!
We went out our last night with the girls, after drinking our lovely GOOOONN :S met a few peeps from Wales and went into a few bars with them! Awesome night!

The next morning we caught our bus and headed for Surfers Paradise, All we new of this place was that it was party central :S Gina and faye stayed on the bus all the way to Brisbane, so probably wont see them again, howvere our other two mates Hayley and Hanah got off and we bumped into them again. We spent most of our time on the beach sunbathing, and watching the surf!
We were sharing a 14 bed dorm which wasnt too bad! a few randoms but meh!
We found a cool little beach further up the town which was wicked, we walked all the way along the beach back to our hostel. We only stayed here 2 nights. One night we walked through the town and found an awesome street with a few performers and bars, we chilled around there.
Surfers Paradise was cool but nothing on Byron after we had such a cool time with our mates. But back to just us two and the odd random person we may meet.

We left Surfers Paradise and got the bus to Brisbane. We leave tomorrow, but have been here for again just 2 nights, theres not much here its just another city, We made a few mates in our hostel,. a couple who are on our bus tomorrow.
We had a mouch around the city, its quite small and nothing beautiful compared to Melbourne and Sydney. We ventured over one of the bridges that goes over the river and came across and man made beach in South end, it was cool and really weird at the same time! Nothing on real beaches though lol. We headed over to the botanical gardens, which were ok. We are excited to leave tomorrow as we have started to embrase the lifestyle by the beach already :)
We head to Mooloolaba (hard to say - we just go, moooloohhajkabababa) :) theres meant to be lovely beachs and lots of activities to do, not so many travelers stay here so it will be a cool chillax for us :) Lucy may dive with sharks in the sea, i wanna do this too but fund wise not possible, but hey i want to keep both my arms and legs :P haha! Ive told her that ill make sure they leave the cage open :P
