LIsa Day

I am Lisa Day 29 years old and have decided to embark on an adventure which I hope is going to change my life. 2011 was a pretty tough year for me and now have decided to make changes for the new year and take a chance and head to Australia and work and travel.

I have always wanted to go to Australia and never really got round to it, I had thought about it in the summer and as things didn't seem to be working here with jobs efc I decided to apply for a visa only in November and now with just 3 weeks to go I can't believe I am actually leaving.

I know many of my friends wish they were heading that way but maybe they can't. For me this is an exciting, challenging, bit scary but I am going grab this opportunity and make the most of it. I will miss my family and close friends but your are all welcome to come out for a visit if you have time.

I will be flying into Brisbane to start off with and after that will go with the flow. I will take a trip to Brisbane Zoo which has been organised by STA travel. I also plan to learn to surf while doddging sharks and jelly fish.
