So whats been happening? Well not a lot to be honest. Back into the old routine, up walk dog, work, go for a run, eat too much food, drink too much alcohol, pass out in bed. Amazing how quickly you settle into it, motivated by a distinct lack of funds I hasten to add! Since getting here I've been out with Bernie, Gordon and their friends & family....that's not to say I haven't been out on the randan - Old habits are the hardest to break you know! I pretty quickly sussed out who were the after work drinkers at my new office and very lovely people they are too. (Ergon Energy, 61 Mary Street Brisbane, in case you're passing and fancy a coffee!) needless to say I have been partaking in some apres work vino, but not found anyone who can hold a torch to my old partner in crime, you know who you are. I seem to have lost my touch as to the volume I could conmsume so am endervouring to get some practice in. Got a big weekend coming up and after that I am getting some plans together to get out and see the sights and getting some surfing in. Missing my extreme sports somewhat. It just wouldn't be British if I didn't mention the weather before I go; it's bloody brilliant!!!!! heating up as summer approaches and we are already into the 30's. Bring it on!!!!!!!
