Well..Here we are in San Francisco! the city with the golden gate bridge and the old prison island of alcatraz! I am very excited to be here, since I've had my little fascination of alcatraz since I was 14. But let me start at the beginning..First, what did we do in LA?

We went sightseeing in Hollywood. we saw the walk of fame, the hollywood sign and I went up to hard rock cafe at Universial studios. I went shopping in the DCMA store. for those of you who doesn't know what that is, it is the clothing brand the Madden brothers of Good Charlotte has with a friend. And even better, I went in to a Ralphs on my way to the store and I bumped in to one of the Maddens!!! I am not exactly shure which one it was, but I think it was Benji. The bad thing is that I was so suprised I complitely forgot to ask for an autograph or a photo.. so I have been angry at myself ever since..

we also walked on Venice beach, santa monica beach and went shopping one day at third and promenade in santa monica. after 3 days in LA we took the night bus to Las Vegas.. we had to take a local bus to downtown LA to get on the greyhound bus to Las vegas and on that local bus we were the only three white people. downtown LA is known as a bad part of the city and we should not travel alone there after dark. there were three of us so we were alright, and it was before 9pm, but still we saw someone dealing drugs and it was easy to tell that this is not a place you want to be..

Now..Vegas is a city in the nevada desert and it is some city!! we all liked i a lot better than LA. We stayed at at hostel called Tods motor motel and it was pretty crappy. the bathroom door was impossible to close, we had some cockrochers and the matresses had still the plastic which is on when you buy them, so everytime one of us turned it made a lot of noise! it was also located in downtown vegas, which means a bit of the strip where the big casinos are. so we had to pay 7 dollars for a 24 hour travelpass on the deuce, a bus that went into the main strip.

we tried really hard to go out in Prive, the nightclub at Planet hollywood, known as the celebrity playground. the first night we only had copies of our passports and 4 different others IDs but the doorguy still would not let us in. the next night we had our passports with us, but then Prive was closed...still we had a great time i Vegas, looking at all the casinos and hotels. we took a day tour to the Grand Canyon which is huuuuge!! we took alot of photos here, and I will put them out later..

after a few days in Vegas we took the nightbus last night to San Francisco, so here we are..well we got our rooms now so I've got to go. Viva Las Vegas!
