Sounds like an ideal place to live, lovely views and buildings and no worries about what to eat as you will burn the calories with all the hilly walking!!
Can't wait for the Rio write-up !!

Just read latest blog and watched the photos, it looks like you are having just the best time. Unbelievable the photos of the spider and alligator or is it a croc. The views are splendid keep up the good work.

hey enjoyed our video catch-up - hope the 2 day truck journey was not too daunting and if is was you had enough vodka to keep you sane or passed out (whatever was preferable)

Once again, interesting reading. Trust you to get a blobby thing, you always end up with things nobody else gets!!! Oh, I have one question. How do you usually eat soup?? I always use a spoon!!! Ha Ha Ha

Well you must be very relieved that you didn't see any giant spiders but don't hold your breath. If you are going deeper into the forest the best (or worst) is yet to come!! You can handle it, if you can jump off a huge mountain you can do anything.
Take care and, as usual, enjoy. Lots of love Mum xxxx

You walking to town and not getting nearer reminds me of the time we went on the pedalo and couldn't get back to the start place, we could see it but it wasn't getting any nearer to us!! Enjoyed this chapter, very funny. You will never learn that midday/afternoon is always the hottest time!!! We went on a long walk in Italy at midday and cooked, can you remember that?? Also THAT was your idea!!!! xx
