Hey chica!! So Mitch and I made it to Ecuador. Has been great so far, although the air takes a bit of chewing here in Quito (just a bit of pollution). Managed to straddle the equator today, that was pretty cool. Hope you guys are enjoying Nam. Say hi to Ben for me. Ciao. We are off to a Salsoteca tonite....although we may just be spectators!

HI Guys
Thanks so much for your messages. It is good to know that I haven't been totally forgotten back home! We are still in Cambodia now but will head to Vietnam on Saturday. While I will be teary - eyed to leave the Cambodia, the people are so amazing, Vietnam should be just as wonderful.
Thanks again for all your well wishes and I can't wait to see you guys at Christmas - only 2 months! (except you Andrea, I will see you when you com to Canada because you DEFINITELY are!)
Miss you
Love Melissa
Ps, Aunty Jo, I will definitely be thinking of you guys over thanksgiving, and will try to phone on Sunday. Good to hear Randi and Riley are doing well and I can't wait to see all you guys over xmas. I think we should be able to see Jimmy at the beginning of December and hopefully even meet with Justin and Ashley! Thanks for the info.

Happy to hear you are safe. I have to admit at times I was a little worried. I have seen your mom twice already for hygiene appointment and we have both decided that we are ready for you to come home. I have been checking your sparce postings and understand you must be occupying most of your time with your never-dull escapades. Your last posting about you helping the children of Cambodia really touched me. However, I had to chuckle at the sight of you on a little scooter carrying a bag of rice the same size of you. Actually another hygienist and I have looked into going to Vietnam for a month or two after Christmas to help out with a pilot project volunteering dental services to children. Still have to see if it takes off and have so much fundraising to do. Enjoy the rest of your visit in Cambodia. Be sure to let me know what Vietnam is like.
Savour every moment
Can't wait to see you when you get back,
Love Cor

Hi Sweetie - awesome message - I almost felt like I was there with you I am so proud of you and what you are doing. Good job. Uncle Glen, Gramma and I are going to Lloydminster for the Thanksgiving weekend, we haven't been there for so long. The weather is still pretty decent so we will take our golf clubs and hopefully get in a game or two b4 the snow flies. It froze pretty hard last night and we can feel the chill in the air in the mornings but by afternoon we almost forget that winter is coming. Randi and Riley are both doing great - Randi will be home for Christmas so we are really looking forward to that - she didn't make it home at all this summer so it has been a year since we've seen her. Riley is still working and enjoying his time in Saskatoon. He bought his house in March and has room mates plus the basement suite rented out so he is living pretty nicely with little or no rent payments of his own. His girlfriend Erin is in Saskatoon now taking Engineeering at U of S so that is pretty sweet. He "retired" from drumming for Johnny Guitar as they were looking for more of a time commitment than he was interested in making. Anyway, all is well here and we are looking forward to seeing you when you return home. Jim Gullickson is going to be in Thailand from Nov 26/06 on and would love to connect with you his email address is [email protected]. Justin Schumacher (Brian and Leeannes's son - he is 21 or 22 ???) and his girlfriend Ashley are planning on going to Thailand sometime soon. I am not sure of his email address but the family address is [email protected]. It may be fun to connect with them if possible. They spent most of 2005 in Australia and ???. Well I better run - love you lots. Keep safe and keep happy. Aunty Jo
