Hi there! Just a quick one to let you know that we have left lovely South America behind, crossed the date line (we're now in front of you! Did you see us overtake?!) and arrived in Auckland, with a whole new adventure (and sheep, rugby, seventies fashions...) ahead of us. We've only been here a matter of hours (and seem to have spent it so far in a mini Korea!) and are about to explore the streets (and find a hairdressers!) while we wait (smeggily) until our room's ready... (although we did treat ourselves in duty free to eau de parfum because we thought we might like to smell nice again...!)

Okay. Got to get on and get out of the habit of saying 'gracias' to all the Kiwis! It's exciting being here. Am sure that we'll get plenty of time to think about what we've left behind, too....
