The islands look class, get a dose of depression every time i go onto this cause theres no end to the bad weather and recession here......government hit the panic button today and bought forward the budget to October, happy days!!! On a brighter note we got knocked out of the championship last saturday, lost by 1 point to Western Gaels, simply the better team and we didnt deserve anything more cause showed serious lack of hunger! Off now for 6months so thats prob a good thing after a few good successful long years! All-irl hurling final this week end between KK and waterford,should be good game but KKs to lose, then the big one in couple of weeks, god help us all if kerry lose! Anys keep enjoyin and chat yaz soon.

Hi you two - fab news on the engagement! Had to double take when I was reading your email, it was very unassuming. You need to give us deatils on how romantic it was though just cos we are all bored at work and need somethign exciting to read! The Galapagos is a very good start I must say! All well here in Edinburgh, weather is rubbish as usual. It seems to have decided to skip summer this year and go straight from spring to autumn - do not pass go etc.. Ye're travels sound amazing so far, keep up the stories/photos etc. Little rays of sunshine in our boring days (or mine anyway!).

Hey guys!!! Congratulations on the engagement, Im sooooo delighted for you both. It all sounds soooooo romantic too!!! Now my question is did ye get the ring over there or did Ger sneak it over from Ireland!!!! Fair play if he did, looking after it in Rio and all that!!!Ha ha!!! Was just reading up on yere blog there getting up to speed!!! All the photos look great, some seem very familiar!! Brings back great memories!! I'm back working away and it really seems like I never left so really make the most of the year cos it will fly!!! But sure, ye'll have a wedding to plan then so that will be all exciting too!!! Just to let ye know I qualified as Accountant, got my results last Mon, I am so thrilled to be finished the exams!! The long road is over, thank god!

I can't imagine ye have much phone coverage so just said would post another message.

I am off to New Zealand on Sunday for my 2mth adventure, flying into Auckland, going stay there for a few days & then head North to Bay of Islands, Cape Reinga etc before I go to Matamata & stay with my friends for a few days!!
