Hello!
I'm leaving on Friday the 29th of April, on a 6:28am flight from LAX to JFK. I get in at 2:30, and have quite a long wait till my next flight at 9:55pm. But my plan is to hangout at the Global Entry office, and hope to snag an appointment if someone doesn't show for theirs! I had to cancel the appointment I had when I changed travel dates, and the next officially open one is in July! So, fingers crossed... I'm leaving on Friday the 29th of April, on a 6:28am flight from LAX to JFK. I get in at 2:30, and have quite a long wait till my next flight at 9:55pm. But my plan is to hangout at the Global Entry office, and hope to snag an appointment if someone doesn't show for theirs! Then I'll switch to Norwegian Airlines and fly to Athens, with a 4hr and 20min layover in Stockholm. I don't remember if this is the somewhat interesting airport, or the tiny one with hardly any stores to amuse myself with window shopping. But I'll let you know when I get there.
Once I arrive in Athens, and clear Customs etc I'll get my bags and meet up with the driver. Who will take me the 3-ish hours trip to Costa (Costas?), the small town where I catch a ferry or water taxi for a short (10 minute) boat ride across to Dapia, the main part of Spetses. Hopefully the owner of the house I rented will meet me there and show me the way 'home'.
