So QueensDay has been and gone! What a wonderful night queens night was on the Sunday night. I caught a train to Utrecht and met Jacqueline and Adam then went to Yentl and Anke house. We had a dessert which was a holland tradition, it was so nice, it tasted like vanilla slice. We then went to the city centre and it was like nothing I had ever seen before. Thousands of young people just dancing in the street, drinking and having fun! We went to a few places where there were music stadiums set up and danced away!
The next day was QueensDay and I woke up late and had breakfast, and then went for a walk around Amsterdam with isiah just looking at the festivities! We then met up with Adam and the Dutchies, it was so much fun just walking and drinking, we then went and sat down to drink and watch the boats go by. It was all over by 6pm and I went back to the hostel, caught up with isiah, had a burger and beer, it was yum!
On the 1st may we went to the Anne frank house and van gough museum, which is something I have always wanted to see And didn't last time I was here.
On the 2nd may we went to the kurdokoff tulip farm, which was amazing! I love tulips and the were fantastic! We then rode bikes around the country side, I truly felt like a Dutch country girl! It is the highlight for me so far this triP.
So today I said goodbye to isiah, last night we spent in a dodgy hostel, it had really bad reviews but it wasn't that bad, Isiah is flying to Rome tonight to study art and history in Florence which sounds amazing! So I headed to Utrecht and have been spending the day just walking around and shopping.
I will stay at Yentl house tonight and Tomorrow I will catch a train to Eindhoven and see Rob.
