Hola!

 Thought I'd best write seen as I haven't written much on here.  As you can see I'm having a good time over here!  Classes are going really well, I'm enjoying them and doing well although I always seem to revising for one test or another so its miles different to being back at UCLan.

Got a job working in the grants office on campus - the 2 ladies i work with are really nice and my boss treated me to subway on my first day!  Also got to leave 2 hours early as the computers weren't working.  Got a 60c pay rise in my first week too so all round its going well so far.  Plus I get paid fortnightly so its even better!  I'm sure I'll find plenty of shoes and clothes to spend it on.

Off to the casino tomorrow night to hopefully win a few 'bucks'  Hoping to get as lucky as I did in Marbella as the money would come in handy!  Not doing anything tonight as went to a house party last night.  Can't wait to go to NYC and have a proper night when JP gets here, which is only 20 days away...I'm soooo excited plus its halloween so another good excuse to dress up!

Going to New Hampshire for Thanksgiving with my room mate, not too sure where I'll be at Xmas, I think I could be going to my friends Tiffany's and then we're thinking about going to Canada for NYE, also got an offer to go to Washington DC to stay with Steph and Josh for a weekend over the holidays so I'll be kept busy, I'll hopefully be able to increase my hours at work and earn some more money as thinking of going to Acapulco for Spring Break, which ties in nicely with my birthday.  Hopefully Miss Robsinson will be able to make it out here for then.

Mick, V, Ray and Marion are coming over on the 30th Novmber and hopefully Clare Chally will be coming over then too,  we'll be able to spend a weekend in Boston with the folks and then a weekend in NYC...that will be ace as it'll be all decked out for Xmas and defo going iceskating at the Rockefeller Centre...just like Home Alone2.

Busy week ahead as got an exam in international finance so planning on getting lots of work done this weekend, also have laundry to do so will need to do that before I start going to class in my pj's although I wouldn't look out of place as people walk round in the jammies all the time here.  The weather is starting to get a little colder, especially at night time so will need to start wearing thermal underwear sooner or later! Off work on Monday as its Columbus day?!  Least it gives me the opportunity to revise for my exam on Tuesday.

Not got much else to write as starting to get tired seen as its 1am, had a nap after I'd been to the mall and now can't sleep! Got a parcel from the Casson residence the other day, when I'd eventually managed to get in to my mailbox - you have to be like James Bond to be able to get in it!! Anyway got some slippers, tea bags and photos so my wall is now brightened up plus I ordered posters on line so they should be getting delivered sometime soon.

If anyone wants to send me a parcel...feel free, I was like a 5 year old on Xmas day when I opened it so they'd be greatly appreciated!

Hope everything is ok at home, I'm sure it is and I'm sure I would have heard if it wasn't!  Missing you all lots but still really pleased that I made the decision to come here.  My suite mates are all really nice and we get on well and we're hopefully planning a weekend to Canada in November.

Keeping my fingers crossed that it will snow but not before I get my winter coat and some thermal undies.

Anyway off to sleep now as want to get up early tomorrow and do some laundry...I'm so domesticated now!
