Arrived in kl after a long and exhausting flight from paris. The shangri la is beautiful and the horizon club amazing. I received a birthday cake and a platter of fruit which was a lovely surprise.

We have spent the day by the pool and in the club too tired to venture out of the comfort of the hotel. First day in 6 weeks where we have done nothing - very nice. Tomorrow we will venture out into the city and see what kl has to offer.
