Lisa!!! Congratulations. The only down side to this trip is the fever you will catch to travel in the future. This is the best time in your life to travel like this. You will never have so little to worry about and so much time and interest to take in all you see. Live to you fullest potential!! Make sure you take time to see what else is around you. It is way cheaper to go to Amsterdam and France now than after you come back to the states. My favorite places were Amsterdam, Prague (Czech Republic) - where else can you rent a row boat, two beers and a hot dog all for $3.00!!, Venice Italy and Rome, Barcelona and Madrid- had a lot of fun here!! Apparently in southern Europe blonde hair equals lots of freebees. Make a friend and travel with them - you are always safer in pairs!! Try to remember America is really not that bad and come home some day!! You will hug yourself everyday for the rest of your life for taking this advantage!!!!
Mom And Dad
On Friday Jan 12, 2007, Lisa's proud parents posted this test message: Your dream is becoming reality, just as your freshman essay predicted. This week, you Spanned an ocean and Sprung Forward 6 hours (not even daylight savings time yet) which cost you alot of sleep, but it was worth the effort, n'est ce pas? As you know, a pessimist's blood type is always B-negative ... so yours must be Extremely-Positive! Lisa Rocks.
Will forward this link to extended fam, so they can enjoy your experience vicariously.
