Hey everyone, we are in laos now, we had, had enough of thailand so went back to bangkok and got the visas sorted and here we are. It's our fourth day here and we absoloutley love it! We are thinking of extending our flight as we only have 11 days until we go to OZ and that's not enough time at all as we want to do vietnam and cambodia. It is beautiful here and so chilled out and relaxed, quite a bit cheaper than thailand, but the money is so confusing it's kip and it's just over 12,000 kip to the pound. We will be staying maybe another day or two while we sort visa's for vietnam then take the 24 hr bus journey to Hanoi the capital! We have done the tubing down the river it was brilliant and basically why everyone comes here. Also we did a day of seeing caves walking through the rice fields and the 6km kayaking down the river! There isn't any pics of us doing the tubing as we didn't fancy losing another camera so took a waterproof throw away one! I know you may be thinking that there is alot of pics of drunken night's out but can assure you that we aren't drunk the whole time!! LOL! Hope you are all well, miss you lots.x x x x
