Nah, she looks the same to me! Just a bit different with her short hair and hat. But we had a lot of fun! :)
Mum
Yeah, fwowers in Tokyo and Takayama! Very pretty. I would not have recognized Laura. She's all growed up.
Angie
Thanks Kathy 1 and 2!! Glad you are all following the blog. Octopus and squid is quite yummy as long as you don't over-cook it. Heck, we're in Japan, might as well try everything at least once!
Kathy O.
Wow! Angie, looks like you guys are really doing a lot of different things - & trying different foods (octopus - yuck! suckers - yuck!). How totally cool that you ran into someone you know & are meeting up with another - in JAPAN!! Continue to have a good time; you can always rest when you get home.
Kathy
Hi Angie! Tarica, Leah, John R. and I are reading your blog at the desk. Awesome pics! We miss you but hope you're having fun. The 'wood is crazy as ever!
Mum
How funny to run into someone you know on the other side of the world! More pictures, please.
Jeph, was that bird sound a tweet-tweet or more of a twiddly dee? Just wondering.
Love you.
Angie
Going back to the toast place again, this morning! I'll take a picture just for Dadoo, and I have one of yesterday's delicious toast. Hm, what to try today?
Mum
Wow! You guys packed a lot into that day. I think the kitties at the shrine are looking for good homes. You could have taken one as a souvenir.
Dadoo wants to see more food pictures. Toast?
Angie
I think the garden is more about the trees, the grass, mosses and simplicity of it. No frowers there. We did see a worker tending the lawn with one of those divot fixers from golf. It seemed he was removing the crab grass with it ONE BLADE AT A TIME. Thank you mom for never giving me a chore like that!
Mum
Nijo Castle "garden" grows rocks. Where are the fwowers?
Dadoo
Mighty tasty looking donuts . That kruller looks so good. Glad you guys are having such a great time.
Love ya, Mum :-) and Dadoo :-)
Angie
Nope, it was some kind of root. They're pretty good at getting me to eat vegetables here. Love you, Dadoo! And Mum!
