Hello again!!

We have had 2 days in Kuta, Bali now. It has been quite hot (not overly though as there has been quite a bit of cloud) but we have got some sunbathing in! (And charlie has been voluntarily wearing suncream!). Yesterday we spent the day exploring and trying to get over our jet-lag. We walked all around Kuta and had an amazing fish dinner by the beach.

Today we headed up to Seminyak and swam in the sea and sunbathed!! We also went to an amazing Warung which was serving BBQed fish on the beach, mmmmmm! Tonight we decided to be proper travellers and headed to a night market outside the tourist area and get some food. Charlie went mental and ordered tonnes but it only came to a fiver - bargain!!

Tomorrow we are heading up to Ubud which is a bit inalnd, where all the rice paddies and rainforest/ rabies monkies are!! We have our mozzie nets at the ready but are looking forward to leaving Kuta because it isn't really for us, its sort of like a tropical Malaga. Last night we went for a walk up Poppies 1 (a popular street) and it was absolutely full of drunk Aussies and people trying to sell Viagra!! Haha!
