HERE IS OUR NASHVILLE BLOG! It is not that long compared to the other posts so far, but it doesn't always have to be…here as promised our YouTube link:

LENA: Monday was definitely a highlight of the two weeks we've been here. It was Labor Day! No clue what it was, but we had a day off!! YAY! However, we didn't get to sleep in, because we went on a road trip to Nashvegas!!! A.k.a. Nashville, baby! At 8.00am sharp Anna was there to pick us up. Coco, an international student from China went along as well. It took us three hours to get there, but it was worth it. It turns out Nashville has a Broadway…so, without lying, I can tell you that I've been on Broadway…Nashville, that is ;). We went to some awesome souvenir stores that we definitely want to visit again soon. We also visited a small town called Franklin (TN). And we met up with a couple of friends of ours. It was so great to see them again, but weird at the same time, because we've only seen them in Holland, so to see them in their own country......see my point? :P We went to a frozen yoghurt place called Sweet Cécé's and it lets you put together your own ice cream (you can pick and choose from different flavors and choose your own toppings, no limits). Then they weigh your ice cream and that's linked to a certain price, so that's how much you have to pay. Cool, ey? At one point, all of us (around 10-15 people) were standing and sitting outside of Sweet Cécé's, just hanging and talking. It was soooo nice, but way too short. And that's why we've decided to go up to Nashville and Franklin again soon…So, we'll definitely keep you updated! Be sure to check back soon!

JESPER: This is a follow up from the previous blog and that means only one thing…LABOR DAY IN NASHVILLE! It was totally awesome…our great friend Anna took us to Nashville with our Chinese friend Coco. It was 3 to 4 hours driving and Anna did a great job doing this…we had fun times singing, talking and just begin US!:-) We went on the road trip from 8.00AM on and arrived on time in Nashville. We went to have a visit downtown in Nashville and checked out some shops and ate at Jack's BBQ. The meat was pretty good, but it was really expensive and the drinks SUCKED BIG TIME (see pictures)! After that, we went to the Parthenon, a replica of the beautiful Parthenon in Athens (once again see pictures)! It was beautiful, but we just couldn't wait to see our friends who are living in Franklin, TN…we met them while they were touring in Holland for the last 2 times they were up there so we so excited to see them again. We met with David + family and as a surprise we met with Travis, Amber, Jeremy and Julia + a couple of friends and family as well…they were all wonderful people and we ate at a frozen yoghurt place called Sweet Cécé's (once more, see pictures)…I took a bit too much as you had to pay for the weight your frozen yoghurt would be…if you know me…it cost me a lot, but it was definitely worth it! It was nice to catch up, but we needed to continue our tour in Nashville as Anna, Coco, Lena and I had the idea to continue this Nashville tour! We went to some places, I bought a T-shirt and did whatever we wanted to do. Around 7.00PM we decided to go back home as we were all tired and needed to go to work or school the next day…THANKS TO ANNA FOR MAKING THIS TRIP POSSIBLE!
This was basically a story in a nutshell, but we will tell you more about it when we will talk to you on a personal level!;-) Thanks for checking out this post as well!:) PEACE!
