sounds like a great adventure you guys are having, it's great to see the photos and be able to read your stories...
I'm a bit jealous to be honest...we keep going on and on because we feel like that is what we have to do, but you and Silvie are proof that it is possible to get out and do something interesting...
well done...

So good that you could resolve everything before Christmas and relax and enjoy the day itself. Santa was a touch skinny and perhaps an appropriately placed pillow may have fooled even the older children. 2010 will be a much better year I feel, after all, England are in the world cup and QPR WILL get into the playoffs!!!!!

I can feel the relief in your most recent post. Enlightner with miss you both. Too bad for the kids who are the ones who really have no control over the situation.

These people don't know what the hell they're doing! Maybe you can find a place to teach where your boss isn't such a fruitcake

As Natty would say the woman is a friutloop! It is obvious that you cannot reason with her. Bashing your head against a brick wall. It is a shame for the children if they lose their fabulous teachers but you simply cannot work under these conditions. Chin up! 2010 will be a much better year!

Sorry to read of your recent problems...dont let the nitwits get you down!! Thank you for keeping me so entertained over the recent months, sharing your adventures, I look forward to more in 2010. Wishing you both a very Merry Christmas and all that is good for the New year. Love and best wishes. Terry X (mums "ole" school pal)

Unbelieveable post. Looking from the outside you two have approached this with enthusiasm, care and commitment. This is more about a failing business than your work ethic or teaching skills. She could have saved a few yen by dispensing with the wasted salaries of people like David and the aptly named "drip" Water. One thing you can guarantee is that they will not find equal replacements never mind better teachers. She will eventually realise the loss of you two that will result in the same for the so called business.
