Dad You have had quite a bit happening since your last message. I reckon i will take you a while to settle back into tassie life when you get back. 2 weeks Wednesday for us to be there also. I see you have been on Elephant rides, canoeing etc. Tichy has given me info on doing this stuff in Phuket. he said it was good stuff. I remember when we were in Bangkok. the main doing things i think were markets and temples, long boat rides and a place where they fly kites. Keep exploring mate, it wont be long and you will be able to move up in the world from back packer acc to a 4 star resort. Although back packer would be good for a while for the experiences gained. Talk again soon. Love Dad.

mum Sounds like the tube ride and stop off at bars made for a good day but perhaps the hang over the next day wasn't so good. It seems there is plenty of good scenery to look at and that you will have lots to talk about when you come home and lots of good and perhaps some bad memories. Well when you read this i guess you will be in Thailand and some familiar surroundings so have a great time there and will talk soon. Love mum
Dad Tubing would have been a great way to spend a day. i guess stopping off at all the bars would make it an early night in bed. But it still sounds good to me. Was the Australian girl OK. will you meet up with her again. Thailand. New country, new culture, new adventures. Keep exploring. Talk again soon. Love Dad.

mum Once again lots on new and exciting things i guess the small bus trip was one of those things greg talked about you have to do it there way to get the full benefit even if you thought the bus was suppose to be a transfer bus. Your blog entries are great it keeps us in touch with what you are doing, well now i can say i will see you next month take care my son, love you mum
Dad Hey mate your messages make me happy with all your stories of doing and meeting people as i feel you are very much enjoying your trip and have adapted to being away on your own. Although when you think of it you have been in Hobart on your own for quite a while. I guess Hobart and a another land is different to parents. Do you find it hard to communicate with other people. All the different languages there must be. I guess there would be a lot of hand waving going on. Keep enjoying mate and we will see you in 6 weeks. Love you mate. Dad.
mum It sounds like the places you have been are very busy as they have all been booked out. It all sounds good the diving experience sounds exciting especially the night dive. Well take care and we will see you in a couple of days. Love Mum

re: Pakse, LaosSam Hey there Albie Mangles. Its great to hear that you're having a killer time. I saw an episode of Bear Grylls where the great man came across a colony of red ants and didn't bother getting anywhere near them (probably knew what he was in for methinks) so kudos to you. Its great reading you're blogs mate, keep up the entries.
