Hi all,

Been on my course for last couple of days - all trained out :-)

Anna has been shopping in Sydney and Penrith with Trudy, Jack has been back to work with OSMOFLOW.

Last night went to Gav and Nats unit - had a great evening playing Articulate with Gav and Nat winning the last game.

Today - had a super day went for a drive back through Blue Mountains to Jenolan Caves - these were fantastic 340 million years old and we walked through one section of the caves. saw loads of fantastic rock formations underground, lighting effects were stunning, clear rock pools - well worth going to see.

Drive down to caves was amazing - a great road, very narrow and very steep - Jack done a great job driving up and down.

We also went for a walk around a magnificent blue pool - saw some lizards, but not a duck billed platypus :-(

Drive back to house was great - super views and houses

just got back at 5pm after leaving house at 8am.

Anna's booked up the shark swim for monday
