Hi
I came across your blog this evening. I understand your frustration because I worked as a Head Teacher Support officer for VSO in the Talensi Nabdam District & lived in Bolga (2010?) hang in there! I would love to go back with the aim of being useful this time.

The SPAMs are in the local language with some English. People facilitating the meetings or anyone sat next to me would translate bits and pieces to me so I could follow discussion. Really interesting events overall tho.
