As I sit here on the couch watching iCarly with the little girl I babysit, I can truly say that I have never been more excited for summer to be over. It's not that I've had a terrible summer by any means; I've had quite the relaxing and productive summer, filled with swimming at night, sleeping late, and counting down the days until vacation with my family and Billy to North Carolina. It has been a great break, but even so, I can't help but be excited for what lies beyond this summer: my semester abroad in Oxford.

While I'm sure you want to know ALL about my fears, goals, travel ideas, and grumbling about being allowed only one suitcase for four months, I've got to pick up the other kiddo. I'll keep y'all posted on my preparations for the best four months of my life!
