My current activity is packing, with some planning and panicking thrown in there as well!Cannot believe I'm leaving in just over a week! So much to do and so little time!

Injury update - still getting bother from my knee AND my groin...not good when I'm away on a trekking holiday!

In 12 weeks time I'll be in Vancouver and learning to snowboard on my very own board (thanks Scott!) but will be FREEZING when I get there as I am shipping all my winter clothes so I don't need to carry them around S.America!
