Today we left the big city behind and hit the road to begin the first leg of our journey to the East Coast.
The kids are almost as excited as the adults!
Our first day of travel began at 4:30 pm when we picked Benjamin up from a swim/Minecraft party. We made it to the cottage in time for the amazing annual Eagle Lake fireworks show, where we watched the showcase of explosive art from our boat.
Tomorrow is a day of cottage r & r with more of this beautiful weather!
