Sooo today was my last shift at the Discovery Centre at the Western Australian Museum and to celebrate I brought in cupcakes for all to share!
Lemon and Chocolate... Unfortunately I didnt think to take a photo before they were eaten, but all you need to know is they were AWESOME!

But this did signify the end of an era, 11 months of working with frogs, snakes, lizards and crazy children. It was sad to say goodbye to all the people and creatures that have been a part of my life for the last year. But it is good to know that I dont need to get up after a big night out and head to work by 9am on a Sunday morning!! But I'll be back in November and the fun will start all over again (with the possibility of no more weekends!).

The next exciting thing to happen today was that a man and his son came over with a bank cheque and took away my little Suzuki Swift!! So it means that I have enough money to be able to book all of my extra tours :) including Peru (Machu Picchu) and a 2 week tour through Los Angeles, San Fransisco, Grand Canyon, Las Vegas and San Diego!
Sooooo excited :)
