Well I decided to add one more blog because I had taken some pics that I thought would be fun to add. So our last evening we had dinner at Givanni's Table and I had the best 8oz fillet ever! Kelly had these crepes that I thought looked good and Kelly thought tasted awesome. This is our last blog. We are sailing towards Vancouver in a fairly heavy low fog. They are blowing the horn every few minutes just to let others know we are here. I was thinking about some of the things we did and have to say the most strenuous was trying to get that wetsuit on. Hey everyone! Another fantastic day in Alaska and our last day also L Other than in Juneau, the weather has been almost record breaking here. Today we learned that Ketchikan receives almost 13ft (yes feet) of rain per year!!! Today they were complaining that it is too hot. Temp here is 75F right now and it is 5:30pm Alaska time. Today was yet another beautiful day in Alaska. The locals keep telling us that this is highly unusual. That it should be raining and be dreary. - Oh well!! We started the day bright and early at 6:30 with breakfast being delivered. We ate out on the balcony soaking in the never ending beauty of the sea and mountain ranges. Today we have awoken to sunshine and very clear skies. The temp is supposed to reach 75F today!! We had breakfast and took the shuttle to town where it was like walking into a past time. I will upload some photos later. Helicopters are flying all over the place today :( Stupid rain in Juneau.... Anyway, Kelly has gone off to find gold in the Yukon today and I am heading out shortly to raft up to the eagle preserve. It promises to be a fantastic day.
