Belle's Tales.
Just a short one today, everyone else is in training so I have a free day. Kamaal is off to buy me some cleaning supplies to take with me tomorrow when I head out to the orphanage so might as well have an easy day off. Looking forward to getting out of the centre, thamel is good for a break from daily orphanage life but its really polluted.
All the volunteers managed dinner last night! But we had to contend with the storm, the rain was bouncing down and it was thundering and lightening, have to admit I was a little scared being out in it, mainly because the others kept joking i'd get hit. The guys are really nice, there's another girl from Glasgow, Clare, she's at Strathclyde as well so last night was spent talking about home, chewing the fat and Still Game, the others were completely confused whilst we were cracking up over 'Gonnae no dae that'. So there is Dan(who thought Scotland only had 1 motorway) and Sam from England, who is lovely, i think they are both teaching english. The kiwi's are Roman, Tim, Sabrina and Veronique who is a scream (Roman and Tim are my bungee buddies but hoping to convince another girl to do it, maybe Leah) Leah I think is from America as is Jason and Taylor, he's from San Diego so he has been getting a lot of 'You stay classy San Diego' (Out of the Anchorman film! haha!) Sam is from Australia and Johanna is form Poland and France but has an American accent. Its quite nice as we all seem to be getting on quite well.
They all leave for the training village tomorrow though so I'm looking forward to going out and seeing the boys. I will try get some photos of their new school and home and of course the little guys themselves. They might not have grown much but they are definately as gorgeous as ever!
Take care and bye for now
