We set an early alarm for this morning which meant that even with a few snoozes we were on a bus to the old city by 8.15. Once there we went to the bike shop recommended by our guesthouse and rented two bicycles.
We spent a few hours riding around the historical park and some of the ruins on the outskirts. It was really a really lovely place just to ride our bikes around and take in the scenery.
As we had got there early we were getting a bit hot and cycled out by 11am, so we got the bus back to the new city. We picked up some food and spent the rest of the afternoon chilling out in the garden at our guesthouse. We spent quite a chunk of this time trying to get radio one big weekend tickets, with no luck. However, my mum managed to get is Saturday tickets which made up for the two hours both of us spent staring at and refreshing our phones!
We didn't bother leaving for food, instead eating at the guesthouse, where the food was amazing. We had booked our bus tickets for 8.45 the next morning, so after packing our stuff we sat around for a bit more and headed to bed a bit early!
