Eeeeew, Cambodia is the biggest s*** hole I've ever been to!

We were meant to have a transfer sorted from the airport, but the hotel thought we were flying into a different airport and the journey there was 6 hours! So we had to stay in Phnom Penh. There was a airport taxi service who said they could take us to the bus station to get a ticket up to Siem Reap in the morning and also take us to a hotel. We were soooo scared, they seemed trustworthy and they worked for the proper airport taxi service which made it better, but when we were in the taxi the driver offered us a lift to Siem Reap that night with his 'friend'. We polietly said no and then tried really hard not to cry!

We got our tickets ok and then got dropped at the hotel. 2 seconds before we stopped I said to Lindy 'F**c stayin anywhere around here, its horrible!' Then we stopped outside the hotel. Great. Luckily the hotel was clean enough, and the guy that worked there was from America so could speak perfect English. We checked in, then went out for dinner. The roads in Cambodia are even worse than in Thailand and we were sittin in our tuk tuk s***ting ourselves that we'd get hit by a car or a bike!

Dinner was nice enough but it was dark and we really didnt feel safe so we got a tuk tuk back to the hotel and went straight to bed. Couldnt sleep at all, was the worst night ever! But luckily we had a coach at 7.30am up to Siem Reap.
