Dhia I agree with the other Bajan and would like to add:Sandy Lane is the most expensive hotel on the ilnasd there are many others that are fabulous and affordable. A lot have just gone through major renovation for the upcoming Cricket World Cup.My husband and I live in St James not sure what you want to know about that as the ilnasd is so small there is not too much difference between the parishes.Holetown is in St James along with a lot of west coast hotels.I would most definately get Hepititis imunization for any travel any where, as you never who you will be in close contact with via pool, via ice cubes and so on.Local Dr's tell locals who will be inetresting with tourists to get their shots too.So come on down, Barbadians will show you a good time.PS: I do not agree with Andie re touristy the south coast is 100% way more touristy.

Dinda Dear IvanM, I think this is a good piece of writing Big Box Breakouts ; this cnotent is tremendously engaging and very relevant. It's heart warming to see advice and instruction delivered without getting all preachy So many authors get up on the high horse, but never here!!! I bookmarked this site quite some time ago because, when it comes to , I do like to use the best resources for my study, and let's be truthful, in this field, good research defines your results. Karen The closest I've experienced to this would be paragliding, where you're in the air behind a boat. Everyone says it is so peaceful...well not when I'm screaming it wasn't :-) Well done. How was the landing? Love: Aunty Karen

Amie Hi Lozza How are you? I hope your mango rash has gone! It sounds like you're having the time of your life. I'm pleased you're getting some good weather now, John went to Oz in February and it was 45 degrees, so I hope it's not too hot! We're all fine here. Will is doing well. He's 5 months old now, can you believe it? He smiles loads and is eating solid food. He's just starting to turn over as well although he hasn't managed to get all the way yet. Did you know that Marcel is pregnant again? Guess what, it's twins!!! Can you believe it? Anyway I'd better go, bottles to make, nappies to change, presents to wrap etc. Have a fab Christmas and New Year, Lots of love Amie and Will xx xx xx
