Hi hi, all packed and ready to go to Byron bay well lismore to be exact. im organised and ready to go for once so i have time to write this. We went to pauls cousins and drank cocktails and had our first ozzie barbie, didnt get too drunk so that was good. Sunday Owen and alex (his 15y son) took us on a tour. We went to the hospital where i will be working which looks quite big, well spread out anyway. We then went to coogee beach which was only 5 mins drive from hospital, that had a really funky feel and looked very nice, had lunch there in a pub which was full of english people which was strange. We then drove to bondi, the beach was much bigger but the area reminded me of margate! We also went to a part on the otherside of the opera house which has really good views which was nice, came home and stuart made us his home made recipie of prawn cutlets which were very nice. This week we have literally done nothing as paul hasnt been feeling well, he spent all of tuesday on the toilet, he describes it as choc milkshake, how nice! he then woke up on tues night saying he had really bad stomach pains, thought we were gonna end up in hospital but it went with some of my magic pills. Happened again last night but again went with my special potion. Hopefully it will be gone soon otherwise i will be phoning you up michelle. Yesterday pauls cousin and his wife katey came over from new zealand and so everyone came over and we all had dinner, they were both really cool so was good for them to catch up as paul hasnt seen him for years. So we are now off to lismore, 10 hours drive north, the house has got a swimming pool so will be good, feels like im going on another holiday! we have hired our car, its fine both of us are driving and its an auto so should be easy, hopefully it will be plain sailing as feel we are cursed so hope thats over. Still doesnt feel like xmas but have got paul a present he will love but doesnt deserve. stuart, vanessa and boys are also driving up with us and mag and john are already up there. karen and owen arnt coming but will be going into sydney with them on new year so have given them orders to sort that out! if i cant speak to you before christmas hope you all have a good one, wish we were there for a flying visit but cant be done so need to get over it!
