well after a short flight from Hong Kong we arrived in Bangkok!! what a culture shock, even compared to Hong kong, so different!! stayin in the Landmark in Sumkhamvit, the girls are satying in koh san road! Hotel was absolutely amazing!! unreal pool and everything!! bout half hour drive in traffic away from koh san rd! we were all wrecked the 1st night so we just had a look around n had an early night, chilled out by the pool the next day, That night we went up to kohsan road to meet the girls and 3 of their friends had arrived, cathal, dave n dolan, theyd been on the islands for a few weeks and were all nice n brown, me n aud not impressed!! haha!! had a great night with the, drinkin towers of tiger beer, see pics! the me n aud started on the buckets!! onto the roof top bar where me n aud continued with the buckets!! met a lovely gilr from birmingham called shaena that the lads had already met on the islands so she stayed with us for the night. we had a great laugh!!

Thurs....we chilled by the pool again, too hot n too tired to do anything else! headed up to koh san again that night, only in the taxi 2 mins nad its started to lash out of the heavens!! thunder n lightening n everthing, very scary in the taxi coz u couldnt see two feet in front of it!! arivved in koh san to water up to our ankles!! crazy rain like!! wemt n met the gang in swasdee terrace, abar just round the corner from their place, cudnt do much else in the rain!

decided to saty an extra night in bangkok because we didnt do any sited n wanted to do a tour on the sat. so we ,oved out of our hotel sat night n down to koh san road, as much as i loved the comfort of the hotel, didnt like bein so far way from the gang and theres a great atmosphere round koh san with alll the back packers in the one place!

went on a tour on sat, really cool! went to the bridge over the river kwai, which was amazing to see!! goy some great pics!! then the highlight of the day was goin to the tiger temple! goto get loadsa pics taken with the the tigers! theyre supposed to be kept calm from meditation with the minks but to be honest i think they have the totally sedated!! still so cool to be that close to them!!

had a really nice meal with everyone for our last night, we all headed to gullivers then for drinks, me n aud started on the buckets again! 2 buckets in, cathal pulled out the cards for a game of pyramid! evil evil drinkin game!! great last nigh tho!!
