hey, home i can keep tthis thong up tp date!! well arrived in hong kong!! staying in the harbout view international house!! really nice hotel!! roughin it we are not!! being eased into it VERY gently!! it has a great view of Kowloon. Just 2 strees behind Lockhart Rd , which is more or less main st in wan chai.

went to bed for a few hours, got up went out for something to eat, went into this bar, mes amis, where it was ladies night!! ie. free drinks for women!! heaven?? maybe!! had a great night, met loadsa people!! this was the night of the champions league match which wasnt on till 2.00 am here so we went to another bar to watch that. clairwe n sarah felll by the wayside but myself n aud battled on, watch to the end od full time, went for somethin to eat n watched the penalties in another bar!! went back to hotel at bout 6.30!! great night tho!!

slept till 2 the next day both jet lag n hang over catchin up on us!! went out in wan chai for something to eat, back to hotel then to get ready for a night out in Soho! Soho is cool, really trendy kinda swankey! loads of fab restaurants n bars!! more up market tho, alot of suits out for drinks after work kinda thing! great to see iit tho coz its even so different to wan chai! wasnt reallly our thing so we went back to lockhart rd, into the ol faith ful mes amis, had oner drink n were jaut about to go home when the funniest most random person ever came into us!! his name is Galen, an pilot for Cathay Airlines from Oklahoma, openming line "u wanna dragon fruit? no? u wanna Avocado??" we nearly had to be carried out we laughed so much!! he bought us shots n brough us to this place called Dusk till dawn, u can say that again, stumbled out of there at bout 5!! great night!!

that brings us to yesterday! we went on a day long tour of hing kong! saw everythin! went to the top of victoria peak on the tram, AMAZING view of the whole city! the went to a little shopping village called aberdeen and went out on a littel baot aroun some of the harbour n saw the largest floating restaurant in the world, jumbo!

went to stanley maeket n beach, saw repulse bay, went to a really cool temple. that night still on the tour we went on the satr ferry to Kowloon n watch the light show from there wher all the buildings on hong kong island light up to music(see pic)!! reallly good! had a gorgeous meal in a nice retaurant called blues by the bay, all this included in the tour!! well worth the money!!

home then to bed coz all that touring n nights out had us wrecked!

went to kowloon to see th eladies market, crazy place, really hectic!! another crazy night out in wan chai followed this!

me claire n sarah got the ferry to lantau to see th biggest outdoot buddha in the world!! absolutely amazing!!(see the pics!!) such a cool thing to see!!

chilled out for the last few days of hong kong!! rained a good bit to so didnt get around much, got to go to lan kwai fong, cool [lace very trendy, lots of bars!

left hong kong on tues the 27th for our next adventure in Bangkok!! .....
