Greetings! Think it's about time for another update! Tuesday we visited the Grand Palace!! Andy rocking up in his swimming was not the best idea and as you can see Andy conned into buying some dodgy looking temple slacks ha!! My wrap around elephant skirt was far more fetching! I still felt on the sick side and had to have a few breathers including a few heaves in front of the monks!! Later on in the day we took a rather ropey looking canal boat around the river for an hour.

Yesterday we went went to the floating the market! This is literally what it's called. All different Thai people in boats selling tat!! For once we didn't get ripped off!! Then you float down the river in another boat and they sail you over to try and get you to buy stuff!

Today we ventured to the Bangkok underground!! We wanted to explore some of the newer part of the city. We got one train and as we got asked the "information clerk" how to catch the connection to Siam square. Instead of advising us about the connecting train he packed us off into a tuk tuk and sent us to a tailor fitting suit specialist who he must have been in cahoots with!! On arrival the tuk tuk driver tried to show is into the shop but we made a dash for it around the corner and jumped into another tuk tuk!! We had a wander round and popped into the Hard Rock Cafe! Tonight is our last night in Bangkok and we head off to Chaing Mai tomo!
