We had a nice lie in and Joseph woke us up again with coffee at 7am! Really easy walk downhill for a couple of hours alongside the river with lots of stops and an inca ruin.

We had our last lunch in the garden of a family's home who had a small trout farm. The food over the three days had been amazing and they finished with a huge buffet with food carved animal figures and a lemon pie. I had one last cuddle with Salvador and we said thank you and goodbye to the cooks and horsemen.

Short bus ride back to Ollantaytambo then a train to Aguas Calientes where Nicole, Tobias and Edith were waiting for us in the pouring rain. Pachamama obviously wanted me to stay with nature as in the HOT shower I fell and cut my elbow. We all had dinner together then another early night ready for Machu Picchu.
