Hi Everyone, thisis going to be brief due to time but so far we have been back to Uganda since Rwanda, we stayed at lake Buyonyi which was beautiful. We vistited a Pygme tribe there which was really emotional and eye opening. We danced with them and visited their village. The word nothing was represented, they had no clothes, food or anything. Overall great day. We had a boat ride on the lake itself and went out for tea to a really nice place.
Then we headed back further north through Uganda back to Kampala.Stayed there for one night and went out on a night out, was mint!!! haha smashed.com lol
Then hungover we set off to Jinja the next day for a booze cruise. again a very messy night but was awesome. we mingled with the locals and met other travelers which we all carried on drinking with.
The next day we went quad biking, sarah was like an old granny going 2mph whilst laura and Derek were speedy little kids zooming around the bumpy track. We had to wear the most awful outfits to do it ever haha sooo funny. such a fun day.
Next day we went white water rafting AMAZING!!! so much fun, but scary but loved every min, even when our raft flipped and we ended up in the rapids swallowing gallons of Nile river water. ewwww. Helped that our raft guys were shexyyyy lol! didnt mind being rescued too much hahaha.
Then we travelled to Lake Navasha in Kenya where we had a walkig safari saw loads of wildlife up close was soooooo good. got loads of piccys. We went and visited crater lake which was beautiful. had a boat ride where we saw wild hippos and flamingos and had lunch in a nice bar.
We visited Jay and George Andersons home where they raised a wild lioness callled elsa as thier own. Extrodinary story behind that one. We even had afternoon tea there too Lush :D.
Anyway were now back where we started at Karen camp to collect the newbies then its on the Tanzinere (i think thats how u spell it).

Emma Ashworth Sounds action packed & lots of fun. I can imagine Laura ragging that Quad bike around, no different to her little Peugeot hahaha, it's like a roller coaster ride getting in that car when she goes speedy speedy. Take care, love you lots xxx

Mum and Dad J Well it does sound rather dull and boring so little to see and do you must be bored! Pleased to know you are supporting the locals even if it is buying wine, beer etc so very proud! Can't believe how much you have done already and the experiences you have had- glad to see you are being sensible on the quad bikes- Sarah what a let down after the cars you have written off [with my help]. Dickyman Can't believe the amount of things you have done and still have so much more to do, really sounds amazing should of tried getting in your back pack after all haha. Tom Wow, every day seems to be another amazing adventure for you both! Not going to lie, I'm jealous! Having been in a car with you Juni, it's safe to say that driving like an old granny was best for everyone haha; and at least by falling in the Nile you got a wash ha! Carole Juniper Just a quick note to say we are trying for the lotto win tonight and if lucky will be with you shortly. We are so pleased you have followed our advice and used the sun tan lotion, not drunk too much stayed close to the group and behaved yourselves , I guess we did something wrong as parents!! Malawi sounds wonderful and yet another experience to add too many. You will be pleased to know that Matt is now keeping us entertained and ensuring that we don't get too lonley!
