So sorry this is very late, however we have been so busy at work and having Max here, we haven't had the time to sit down and write. Anyway get ready for an essay or maybe bullet points.....here we go.......

So Maxine (from Uni) arrived on 20th February, after many tears and screams of excitement in the middle of Christchurch airport. We managed to get a few days off work to do the touristy thing which was fab along with Ana (from Fraser Island -Oz) who was passing by and came to stay for a bit.

We visited Akaroa to swim with dolphins which was just incredible, very surreal but such an experience!!! Here is were we met Brendon Coles (the dancer) mum!!!! Were we later found out his step mum is our boss.....he was sat in our restuarant lastnight.... we wanted to just shimmy past him but maybe a little inappropiate???!!

Anyway cut long story short we have also been on a winery tour which was fun, tasting many NZ fine wines and then cooking up a storm of a roast dinner back in the pad.

Jamie (one of Lizs bro friends who we met in Thailand) came to stay at our hotel for a couple of days too which was full of good food, drinks and catching up...shocker!

Max got a job at another restuarant on the same strip to ours which was handy!

Laura (our lovely German friend) came to stay with us for a few days as she passed by Christchurch, which was so nice to catch up.

Jamie came back to stay....again!!!

Went for a Spa day at Hamner Springs - very relaxing and gorgeous weather!!! Were we got to indulge in various hot spa pools and sun-bathe in which we haven't done in months now.

Lol and I still at this point working our asses off at Coyotes but is all fun and games. Having made some really great friends we have had some great nights all together and some funny stories in which we won't bore you but have had such a great time here thanks to the people we have met and the giggles.

Lols started to have physio therapy on her 'nana' foot as has become a problem been on it all day from when she fell over drunkenly in Brisbane!!! I call her my little nana as she just plods along..... she is getting better though - thank the lord!!

We celebrated our birthdays.....god we are getting on. We enjoyed manicures and pedicures on the saturday before going out for a Thail meal on the evening with all our friends, were our managers bought us a bottle of moet which was much appreciated!!!

Tuesday (Lucy's bday) we both worked for the majority but enjoyed lunch and wine before Max suprised us with a birthday cake were all the chefs sung to us which was nice. Wednesday (Lols birthday) we woke up at 6.30Am to our fire alarm going off and had to evacuate the building as some idiot had burnt the toast!!! We stood in the pouring rain waiting for 5 fire engines to tell us it was safe to go back in!!!! grrrrr..... And no Laura, they were unforntuately not strippers!!!!! having the day off we had a chilled day of relaxing and pampering ourselves before going out for dinner and drinks!!! We had great days however wasn't quite the same without all of you lot!!! (just to say thanks again for everyones brithdays messages and e-mails, card etc....it was so so appreciated)

We have moved out of the PAD into a smaller studio in the same appartment block, it was just better financially with Max leaving again to re-visit her family. So we now live in a lovely but EXTREMELY cold studio which is very different to the last crib but is still nice! and is perfect for what Lol and I need now as Max left yesterday.

So we have given our notice in at work, we leave on the 28th april and are very much looking forward to start travelling again. Poppa Ainsley is coming out to be a flash packer with us for a few weeks on the 30th April and can not wait!!!! We have hired a car and plan to travel the west coast before Queestown were we plan to get a months work there before we continue our travels.

Right that's about it, we have no doubt missed lots out but have been looking at this computer for far too long now.
