Back home.

Hello to you all. I'm back home again. What an awesome tour I've had in America. We really enjoyed the last two days. We drove a lot but saw some great things and actually I think that everyone really enjoyed the camping the last day. To start at the begin (from the end), we left Vegas and drove to Death Valley. We had there a wonderful place on the campsite. Or the campsite… It was mostly death sand ground with here and there some trees and a toilet building. We pitched our tents in the middle from the trees on the field where we stayed on, that gave the jungle feeling in the middle of Death Valley haha. After that we did some grocery and bought firewood for the evening. Art cooked a lovely meal! Smashed potatoes, corn, and salmon prepared on the fire. After the meal we relaxed around the campfire and told some stories. We had so much fun the last night! The next morning Art surprised us with pancakes which also were delicious and after that we needed to go to Los Angeles. We had good fun on the trip to Los Angeles and shared our pictures (which gave even more fun). And then around five we arrived at the Hacienda. That was it, we've made it and needed to say goodbye. First we thanked Art and said goodbye to him. We made our way to the lobby where we said one by one goodbye to the others. I made my way to Hollywood Boulevard together with Katie and Sunny. On our way up we said goodbye to Sunny and after that I also said goodbye to Katie. I walked to the hostel which was great! The whole atmosphere around the place was breathtaking. It looked like a resort and the best thing it was located on Hollywood Boulevard! I checked the room where a few boys hanged around at that moment. I said a quick hello and dropped my stuff. After that I made my way back on Hollywood Boulevard. It was a nice walk and the weather was really great. I took a coffee and went back to the hostel (I really needed a shower haha!). But when I just arrived at the hostel Vivian texted me. So I went out again. We walked an other round on Hollywood Boulevard and ate a sandwich at Starbucks. Soon it was almost midnight and we said goodbye to each other again. I walked back and arrived around the same time as my roommates at the hostel. I took a quick shower (finally!) and jumped into bed. The next morning the shuttle bus which I reserved the day before picked me up at seven fifteen. And three times guess? I med Katie again at the airport! So we hanged around with each other and said goodbye again. I had a good flight and arrived safely back in Amsterdam.

I've finally made the tour were I was dreaming so long about. I've made nice new friends, I've seen so much and I had so much fun! Thank you all! And everyone who followed me. I hope that you enjoyed the blog. Hopefully there will be a new blog in a while! Laura.
