At work today I accidently let a customer pay off someone else's bill so that they got their meal for about $18 cheaper than it was supposed to. I'm not sure whether it was my fault but for some reason a table got their food made twice. I had a mystery shopper, and if I did everything I was supposed to, and the kitchen cooked their food right, I get $100 transferred into my bank account. I got on with researching Math's Tutoring today (I've been thinking I might do it to raise a bit more funds), and so I went to the library to see if they had any space where I could do it, as clearly the hostel wouldn't be very good, and it would be good to do it somewhere in town so I wouldn't have to get a bus to the students house. Me and Bex went to Tribal Travel to see if Essie (at least that's what the woman called herself) could get us work for accommodation to fit our requirements (fit around our working hours, allow guests I.e. Alice to visit, not be so early in the morning for Bex, not be every day, be in town), and so we have booked into Reef Hostel- Bex is going to hand in her notice today, and so move in in a week's time, but since I hadn't even done the breakfast shift solo yet...

Not much difference between today and any other day apart from it was Pancake Day and so Josh had brought in pancake mix to work, and so after Me, Anna and Emilie had finished our shift, we made some in the kitchen and topped them with marshmallows and chocolate sauce. Josh also let me taste some of his steak (which is part of the training staff are meant to do) and I actually quite liked it.
