I hope you're having fun. Wish you had been at the party - I was great on the rodeo. Top score was 58secs.
I am having fun at work and planted pansies in Durrell Close today.
Hope you are feeling better.

Hi Em,
Loving the blog it brings back lots of very great memories and some less than pleasant ones too. I must say, you did very well to get so ill so quickly! Hopefully you're better now.
After his 3 years in Ghana Steve is finding it very strange how in England all the teachers (bar one!) and most of the students returned to the school after the holidays. He does miss the two hour siesta he used to get between morning and afternoon lessons though.
Keep having fun!

Great to get your blog update. Sorry you have been unwell and hope that everything is fine now. We too have sent letters but don't know how long they will take to get there. You missed a good party last week. We gave Heather and Ray a voucher for tea at the Dorchester.
Can't wait for your next entry.

You prob won't be reading these msgs for some time, but just though I'd say Hello! Also, a good old fashioned snail mail letter is in the post!
Can't wait to hear all about your trip. I'm green with envy! School ok, but mega busy. Guess what? Leah works with me now! All explained in letter.
Hope you're well.
Kwaheri.

Hi Em
just thought I'd write to you after the first full week of school - has been very weird without you there. As always after the first week I'm shattered but am finally back in school gear. Monday was a nightmare, kept forgetting things for lessons. Has staff bbq last night as Astrids house was a great spread - we have been to a few of those. Next week sue has organised a mini bus of just staff to go and see sister act the musical - really looking forward to that. Have got start of netball tournament this weekend and match sunday so its all go. Hope its all going well for you, am sure you will have some stories to put on here when you actually get access, take care x

Emma has now arrived safely at Yamba. High in the mountains - the same height as Ben Nevis!!

Just letting everyone know that Emma arrived safely. She rang Thursday morning having borrowed a mobile. She had sorted her Tanzanian shillings and her visa and been taken to her hotel/hostel/hut. She will be taken to Village Africa at the weekend but didn't think she would be making much contact over the next 3 months so probably won't be a daily joke.

We checked your flight and it seems you were a bit delayed - probably due to the weight of your ruck sack. Looking forward to hearing all about the trip.
Slight delay when picking up my car as I seemed to have lost the keys for the padlock on the school gate!!

Hi Langers,
Just in a meeting for ICT, bet you wish you were here! Good luck tomorrow, I am looking forward to the daily jokes!
