Hiya,
It costs sooo much to camp blimey!!! Photos are fab, i now know what springbok are.....
We have been out and bought Lucy her new nursery uniform, she starts at Chandlers Field 10th Sept, she can't wait, it will feel weird leaving her somewhere. She keeps saying 'your not coming Hayley' and 'i'm a big girl'. Its soo sweet, scary cos she is getting big quick!
Your making me scratch talking about all the bites you're getting, ouch!!
Keep up the good work!
Leslie... Again
Sorry me again! Forgot to say that we were in training for our trip to Namibia in JUST OVER A MONTH (!!!!) and went to London Zoo over the weekend (okay, we had our neice for the weekend). I hope the animals in Namibia won't be boring like at the Zoo and stay in the shade. Can you sort it out please!
Gratefully yours
Leslie
Leslie
Hey you two
So glad you got to Zanzibar. Pity you didn't get to dive. I like the comparison to Brighton's Lanes - I suppose the jewellery was cheaper!
Sounds like a stunning place. And the spiced coffe... YUM!
Helen And Steve
hi Helen, hope you're still having lots of fun. I just had lunch with Tanya and Vicki, they say hi and hope you're having a good time, they were asking after you, netball starts again next thurs, they wondered if you were around so I have filled them in on your trip!
5 weeks to go this friday, beginning to get a bit nervous!!
take care, Helen. xx

HI YOU TWO.
Glad your both having a fab time. The photos are awe inspiring and the blog is good. Keep up the good work.
Wish i was there instead of stuck at Q1 doing nights, now doing paperwork after getting turned over on the Doddington and having the sat-nav and the dash ripped out. Kim and I feel violated. SR is in Wales. Don`t you just miss it.
How much was that campsite, what does $140 equate to?
Be safe. TTFN
Jimmy
Hi Guys!
Pleased to hear that the trip is going well.Joe asks how the ice-cream bowl is holding up.
The good news is that I've only got another three and a half months left with my arm in plaster!!!Now I'm really glad that I've been practising typing with one hand all my life!Kenan's taking it worse than me though. He's really worried about when I can race again - I'll have to be strong for both of us ... SNIFF.
THE HILUX is just about ready for Nam.The canopy, slide & water tank are fitted and we're busy with the second battery system. When that's done we're waxed!Things take a little longer with one hand ... but my crew makes up for it with enthusiasm.
Keep on Trucking!!!
Ouboet
P.S. I'm still waiting for a photo of the landy getting a bath!

Hey kids - having fun yet?
Are you guys going to try to get to Zanzibar? I remember how you were planning on going there a couple of years ago, JP, but then your Kenya expedition trip got cancelled.
Getting really excited now about coming over. Only just over a month to go. Woo hoo. Dreamed last night that Jimmy was taking us to get the bus up to Windhoek and we were late and really stressing and then I decided we had to go back home because I'd forgotten my cowboy hat! Phew!
Anyhoo - let me know if you need us to bring anything over. Did you want us to pick up mags etc from Emmett?
Much love
me & him
Steve
Hi you 2
Well, from the sounds of it and the pictures I have seen, sounds like you are both having a fantastic experience!
Keep on enjoying!
Mum & Dad
Why bother to go on a safari when you can see so much on quiet trip up country! Isn't nice that the locals like to join you whichever campsite you stop at. Just as weel that the elephants & hippos went by the day before you arrived cos I think that even an orange landy wouldn't put them off.
Sounds as though you are having an experience of a lifetime
