We crossed the boarder yesterday which took longer than the others but still not too much trouble! We headed straight through a tea plantation which was huge! It seems the Tanzanians do alot more gardening that the Malawians it is alot greener so far with plenty of houses with gardens. Our second night was in a lovely campsite outside Iringa (the first was not worth mentioning apart from I had a nice fish (not battered, fresh!) and chips dinner) We shared the site with an over land truck with 16 people on but they seemed nice and the campsite was really clean with hot showers! We had chococoffees, their speciality which were lovely we also had a couple of drinks, they sell the spirits in little individual measures in sealed plastic satchets. imagine a ketchup satchet only filled with vodka!
