Having been on the ferry 4 times already, I am feeling well acquainted with the ferry drunk! He manages to board everyday and speak utter bulls*** to all the females! As he stumbles up deck, it's a total miracle that he doesn't land in somebodies lap!
Angela and myself visited the Australian museum where we saw the wildlife photography exhibition where the winner ironically displayed the results of an oil disaster! We saw skeletons, minerals, gems and had our own little tour guide get the reptiles out for us! Finally we saw the canning stock route aboriginal art exhibition! The route was originally set up in western Australia to get the livestock to the huge mining community! The route was so tough that only 12 drovers successfully completed it in 30 years! In order for it to be possible, aboriginal people were imprisoned in chains and forced to dig water holes! One tribe also fought with another about giving up cannibalism!
We then took a walk through the botanical gardens, booked a show at the Sydney opera house, had a drink at the rocks, walked through the queen Elizabeth building, had a look round Sydney university which is a replica of Oxford Uni and bought cake from china town, I think my feet are going to drop off but had a fab day!!!
Ready for our movie night!!!
