I Am having a ball I am in Darwin, since my last entry I have done heaps. We went to Douglas hot springs which was excellent the water is really warm and hot and cold in places we spent ages swimming in there and I caught a fish on my hand made fishing rod out of a stick and a piece of string, I really loved it here.
Then we went to Litchfield National park, we swam in Buley rock holes and saw the huge termite mounds, they are massive and rock hard we also went to Florence and Wangi waterfalls. At the caravan park in Litchfield they had a resort pool (i am in the photo) it wasn't much of a resort pool, but it was cool with no crocodiles and I met some friends there and they invited me and Lucy for tea. We also had marshmallows on the camp fire that night and killed another cane toad.
Now we are in Darwin and we have fed the fish at Doctor's gully, went to the crocosaurus cove and fed a croc on a fishing rod watch them feed the big ones. I was allowed to hold a 1 year old croc and it was really strong it wriggled and its head wacked me in the back of my neck which really hurt and then I dropped the croc, oops. My cousin Lucy and me also got to hold some snakes and lizards.
I have been to the wave pool which is great fun, but it was a bit rough at times and i grazed my feet on the bottom of the pool, but I still enjoyed it.
I don't think I will be able to keep doing the footy tips as it is too difficult and we don;t always have internet, so mum said I will probably get the wooden spoon, so good luck to the leader. If you send me a message thanks very much, but I can't reply on this travel blog page, so here is our email if you want me to reply back
bye for now Lachlan, we are off to Kakadu next
